We collect Personal Information when you voluntarily provide it through our Site, or when you provide it to us through other means. For example, we may collect Personal Information when you:
Provide us with information on or through our Site, for example by signing up to receive email from us;
Contact us through e-mail, telephone, mail, or other correspondence; or
Otherwise provide us with Personal Information.
The Personal Information we may collect may include first and last name, and e-mail address, along with any other Personal Information that you choose to submit to us.
We may also collect analytical and usage data when you visit our Site or play one of our games. Please read the next section for more information on how we collect such data.
How We Collect Information when you Visit our Site or Play our Games
When you visit our Site, we may collect information that is sent to us by your web browser or mobile device, or your internet service provider. We, or our third party service providers, may also collect other information (such as the type of browser you use, which pages you view, what you search for on our Site, how long you spend on our Site, what parts of it you view, and the files you request, and the identifying number associated with your mobile device). We use this information to better understand how visitors use and interact with our Site, and to improve our Site. This information may also be used to display advertising to you on our Site or when you play our games. The amount of information that is sent by your web browser or device depends on the browser and settings you use. Please refer to the instructions provided by your browser or device if you want to learn more about what information it sends, how you may change or restrict this, or how to reset the settings associated with your device advertising ID.
In our games, we, or our third party service providers, may detect whether you view the advertising that is displayed within the game and for how long you view it for the purpose of rewarding you in-game, and for determining the effectiveness of such advertisements and reporting this to the advertiser on an aggregate basis.
We and our service providers may use a feature on your browser called a “cookie” and/or other similar devices. Cookies are small files that your web browser places on your computer’s or device’s hard drive. They are used for a variety of reasons, such as identifying unique users of the site and sessions based on a randomized ID associated with the cookie. Your browser gives you the option to reject cookies. However, setting your browser to reject cookies generally hinders the browser’s performance and will adversely affect your experience while using our websites.
Third Party Service Providers, User Tracking and Your Choices and Ability to Opt-Out
When you play one of our games, we and our service providers may track your in game activity, including your sessions and session length, the in-game actions you take, and any bugs or crashes you experience, for various purposes, including but not limited to improving our games and developing new ones, optimizing gameplay, research, advertising, and customer experience testing. Service providers and other parties that serve advertising on our Site or in our games may set and access their own tracking technologies on your device (including without limitation cookies and web beacons) and may otherwise collect or have access to information about you. We are not responsible for the actions of any third party.
We may use a variety of third party service providers to assist us in providing our games to you, including to assist with the technological functioning of our games, collecting analytical data regarding their use, and displaying advertising.
Using these service providers helps us let you play our games without charging you.
More information about these service providers, their roles, the information they collect, how they use it, and how to opt out from certain of their practices is provided below. You may also limit this collection and use of information by uninstalling our free games from your device.
NonAligned may use Google AdMob to display interstitial ads (full screen ads displayed at the end of a game) to monetize our apps.
Google may use the advertising ID from the device on which the ad is served to generate interests and demographics (for example, 'sports enthusiasts'). Interests, demographics, and other data may be used to serve better targeted personalized ads to the user.
